When you request business shipping quotes, Postage.ie stores the name, email, business, parcel volume, selling platform, destination and notes you submit. Postage.ie does not ask for payment details or account passwords.

Analytics helps understand which postage guides are useful and where the site needs clearer content. Analytics is optional and can be declined in the cookie banner. PostHog session replay is disabled, person profiles are not created, and names, email addresses, company names, notes, and raw form content are not sent.
Seller Mode stays on your device
Seller Mode processes selected label and proof images inside your browser. The files, filenames, tracking numbers, item descriptions and QR contents are not uploaded to Postage.ie or retained after the current tab is closed. Seller Mode may keep a small on-device status record containing a short parcel alias, marketplace, carrier, posting deadline, progress dates and whether proof was recorded. The alias is limited to 48 characters and rejects obvious contact details, links and tracking-like numbers. You can delete one record or clear all Seller Mode data at any time. Avoid using Seller Mode on a shared device if other people can access the same browser profile.
Quote requests
Quote-request details are used to respond to the sender and, where the sender expressly agrees, to match the request with selected shipping providers. They are not sold as a bulk mailing list. Contact FoxCorpVC@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion.
Affiliate links
Some business-shipping guides contain clearly disclosed affiliate links. If analytics is accepted, Postage.ie records the partner name and page placement when a link is clicked; it does not attach quote-request details or personal form content. The external partner may process the visit under its own privacy and cookie terms after you leave Postage.ie.
No booking or payment processing
Postage.ie is an independent comparison and workflow site. It does not sell stamps, buy postage, book couriers, access marketplace accounts, or process payments. Seller Mode opens official carrier tracking pages rather than claiming a live carrier integration.
